Agriculture:
With 2,000 acres in production, Windridge Farm employs the latest technology available to create an agricultural model for today and the future. A fusion of technology and traditional farming techniques allows Windridge to minimize herbicide and pesticide utilization while maximizing yields.  Global positioning satellite technology (GPS) is used extensively to create field maps, which in turn offer three dimensional images of Windridge’s farming effectiveness. Windridge Farm is constantly searching for new techniques in farming to yield the most consistent and organically pure products possible.  Experimentation leads to results.  Windridge tests and employs the latest farming methods in the form of alternative fertilization using organic sources and managing select fields using unique cultivation and cover crop .  In the effort to learn more about how these techniques can benefit agriculture, Windridge Farm is benefiting the farming community as a whole. The end result from this commitment to agricultural foresight is Windridge Farm’s development of the highest quality products available.
